Step 1.  Blow up balloons in all different sizes. Knot tightly.can be made 24-48 hours in advance and will remain intact	Step2. Secure balloon knot into garland holes every one to four holes depending on how full you want it. Save at least half our small balloons for fillers using glue dots.
Step3. Balloons of different sizes can be entered on both  sides.	Step 4. Attach garland strand to the wall and secure with included heavy duty string

Glue Dot Instructions

Cut off one glue dot  with scissors...	Stick on the balloon and peel off the protect film	...And stick where you want it to go!
