3. Insert one end of the straw into the balloon opening and try to seal the other end of the straw with your lips. Then take a deep breath and blow air into the balloon through the straw. This may require some strength and skill.

4. Keep blowing until you are satisfied: Continue blowing until the balloon is inflated to your satisfaction.
